For Johannah Duggar, it is unclear when she began dating David Swanson, but he is the brother of Lauren Swanson. Lauren is married to Johannah’s brother Josiah, so they are keeping it in the family. That has been somewhat controversial, but regardless, everyone seems happy to have the two tie the knot. Initially, it appeared that they were not getting married until October 10th.
Now it seems that this may have just been a dummy date to throw off the scent. According to Duggar Family News, an insider shared that Johannah and David got married in Branson, Missouri. It went down last week, and the Duggar girls just shared about “sister coffee time.” However, the suspicious part is that they filed their license in Arkansas, meaning they would have to legally wed there. So, it is being questioned whether they exchanged vows in Arkansas and had the reception in Missouri. As of now, nothing has been filed in Missouri, so this theory could be correct.
Counting On followers would like to know what happened between the two, as several of the older girls are very open with their lives. They have podcasts and YouTube channels documenting their families and how they have evolved. At the same time, countless scandals have plagued the Duggars and traumatized them, which they have also spoken about.
