Desi Bling is showing Netflix viewers how Dubai’s upper echelon lives. Among them are billionaire businessman Satish Sanpal and his wife, Tabinda, whom he gifts three kilograms of gold every year. (Yes, really.)
In their first scene in the reality series, we see the couple in their luxurious home in Dubai’s famous Burj Khalifa skyscraper. Tabinda massaged the feet of her husband, who owns an investment company called ANAX Holding. “I should get one Hérmes bag for this,” she (maybe) joked. “Since I am with Satish, I massage his feet every morning. He wakes up like a prince. As a Hindu, he believes that if a wife touches her husband’s feet every morning, it brings wealth.”
