DWTS pro Artem Chigvintsev is headed into the Season 32 finale with his celebrity partner, The Bachelorette star Charity Lawson. However, at least one fan doesn’t think they are being scored fairly.
Artem’s wife Nikki Garcia, formerly known as Nikki Bella, is calling out the judges for underscoring Artem and Charity all season long.
So what exactly did she have to say about the situation?

Dancing With The Stars contestants always rely on fans’ votes to keep them in the competition. Artem Chigvintsev is married to a former WWE superstar who carries a lot of influence.
And Nikki Garcia believes that the judges are being incredibly too hard on Artem and Charity.
“They do tend to judge her harder,” Nikki said during an episode of her podcast, The Nikki & Brie Show. “But, I’m not going to lie — and I had my girls with me who agreed. You know, our girls are very honest — Jason Mraz getting all 10s and you can’t give Charity all 10s was a bunch of BS.”
During this segment, Nikki was specifically referring to Taylor Swift Night. Jason Mraz and his partner Daniella Karagach were having a rough time, but then absolutely slayed their Argentine tango that evening, earning a perfect 40 from the judges. That same night, Charity and Artem earned a 38/40 for their own Argentine tango.
“And just like, the remarks? I was like ‘D*mn,’” Nikki continued. “Like, they’ve been hard on her all season. But I’m proud of her because she’s done amazing and they’ve complimented her at the same time. And the one thing I’ll say is the judges were like, ‘we’re hard on you because we have high expectations.’”
It’s possible that after watching the semifinals episode, Nikki Garcia changed her opinion. The judges gave Artem and Charity a perfect 30/30 for their Quickstep and a 29/30 for their Rumba. They also outperformed Jason and Daniella on the leaderboard, who earned a 27/30 for their Viennese waltz and a 30/30 for Paso doble.
DWTS viewers didn’t love Nikki Garcia’s take
Redditors discovered the podcast episode. Overall, they didn’t have overwhelmingly positive things to say about it.
“Sorry but this is tacky af,” one Redditor wrote about the situation.
“While I do agree with her on certain points (like I think Derek still getting on Charity for her lack of emotion last night when she improved SO much was annoying), I think the wife of a current pro coming after a contestant on the show he works on is a bad move,” another Redditor added. “It just comes off as unnecessarily petty &, because they are married, risks people attributing her views as Artem’s. You can praise Charity/call out the judges for underscoring her without bringing down Jason.”
