Carrie Ann Inaba has two autoimmune diseases. She has Lupus and Sjögren’s. However, Sjögren seems to be the harder one for her. She admitted her struggles with it all.
“People living with Sjögrens often suffer silently, the connection between their symptoms is often overlooked, and the burden is often downplayed. For a long time, I’d tell people I was fine, even when I wasn’t. I felt alone. But here’s the thing, when I started speaking up, everything changed. I found a community, and that’s where I learned to actually live with Sjögren’s.”
This is something she has had to learn to deal with. However, that has not made it any easier for her. Fans do feel bad for Carrie Ann.
