‘DWTS’ Carrie Ann Inaba Speaks On Jenna And Val’s Chemistry

- Advertisment -

Dancing with the Stars partners Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Dewan are under fire after fans accused them of having inappropriate chemistry. Now, outside sources are getting involved. Keep reading to find out what DWTS legend Carrie Ann Inaba has to say about it all.

DWTS Couple Getting Flamed

As previously reported, Val and Jenna are under major fire this season on Dancing with the Stars. Fans are accusing them of having too much chemistry as they dance together and fight for the big win at the end of the season. So far, the couple has done a pretty good job throughout the weeks, getting better with every dance. They scored a 19 during the opening week of the season and ended the most recent episode with 24 points. So, clearly they do dance pretty well together.

However, fans take issue with it because they both have very serious partners. Jenna is engaged to a man named Steve Kazee. And of course, Val is married to his DWTS co-star, Jenna Johnson.

However, despite all the fans hating on them, it seems that they have a lot of support from people closer to the show. In fact, even Steve stood up for his fiancée, saying:

  • “They don’t have chemistry,” he starts.  “They have too much chemistry. They have chemistry in the wrong places. Make up your minds. Y’all really got too much time on your hands. The spouses are unbothered stay hatin.”

He goes even further, calling out fans for mispronouncing his wife’s name. It seems that Jenna got a good one when she picked her fiancé.

  • “Also put respect on my queens name and at least pronounce her name correctly when you try to slander her,” he says.

And it seems that Steve isn’t the only one standing up for them. Now, one of the original judges from DWTS is speaking out on the situation.

Carrie Ann Inaba Speaks Up

According to US Weekly, Carrie Ann Inaba, an original DWTS judge, is siding with Jenna and Val. It seems that Carrie Ann doesn’t think their ‘chemistry’ is a big deal at all. She explains that dancers are physical anyway. She even urges fans not to ‘try to turn it into something it is not.’

“Dancers are physical beings. This is like the way we say hello,” she says. “Don’t try to turn it into something it is not. Have some respect for both Jenna and Val and their partners please.”

Do you think Jenna and Val have inappropriate chemistry on DWTS? Or is this just a normal part of dancing together? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments below. Come back to TV Shows Ace for more news on the dancing couples as the season progresses.
