DWTS just presented an exciting night full of Taylor Swift music and fun surprises!
This is an episode that many Dancing With The Stars contestants and viewers have been looking forward to for several weeks. Ahead of the episode, the DWTS production team worked very hard to keep the routines and songs under wraps. Swifties always appreciate a nice Easter egg, so the production team decided to use some of those ideas to keep audience members guessing.
So who climbed to the top of the leaderboard tonight? Keep reading to find out more.
DWTS presents a celebration of Taylor Swift’s music
Too Hot To Handle star Harry Jowsey and his partner Rylee Arnold definitely didn’t overtake the leaderboard this week. However, the judges noted that their performance for the evening dramatically improved from Whitney Houston Night. Last week they earned a 28/40 for their routine. During Taylor Swift Night, they earned a 30/40 for their Rumba to “August.”
After faltering for several weeks and earning lower scores from judges, pop singer Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach managed to put on a spectacular performance. They earned a perfect 40/40 for their Argentine tango to “Don’t Blame Me,” ultimately bringing home the high score for the individual routines.
Bachelor Nation’s Charity Lawson and Artem Chigvintsev were hot on their heels with a 38/40 for their Argentine tango to “Look What You Made Me Do.” Marvel actress Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy also earned a 38/40 for their Quickstep to “Paper Rings.”
After the individual routines, the top six couples participated in a relay dance in hopes of securing bonus points for the evening. The results of the relay dances are as follows:
Xochitl & Val vs. Ariana & Pasha: Viennese Waltz to “Lover”

Charity & Artem vs. Jason & Daniella: Cha-cha-cha to “Lavender Haze”

Alyson & Sasha vs. Harry & Rylee: Jive to “Shake It Off”

Another couple says goodbye after Taylor Swift Night ends
After an emotional night full of powerful routines, it was time for another couple to leave the competition. This week, Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold were at the bottom and sadly left the show. They did improve this week, but it just wasn’t enough to keep them in the copmetition. The remaining five couples are moving ahead to the semifinals and have a chance to compete in the Dancing With The Stars Season 32 finale.
From here on out, it’s definitely going to be a very close competition.
