On Tuesday, the winter hiatus for FBI Season 4 finally ended and the show was back on the air with a bang. Rather, it started without the kind of bangs the show’s “big bad” was hoping for.
The drama previously saw the lives of all the agents and their families threatened after a series of kill boxes that were designed to recognize their faces were set up by none other than their nemesis Antonio Vargas. Although a few were injured everyone on the team managed to safely find and disable all of them.
While the show’s big villain remains at large, the episode was still considered a massive hit and there was one reason why the fans especially loved what they saw this week.
FBI Season 4 Episode 10 Doesn’t Disappoint
The return of the show marked a new pairing. That particular pairing apparently offers what some fans are calling a fresh take. Agent Maggie Bell and Agent Tiffany Wallace worked together for the first time to handle a case.
The two agents, who are usually paired with other partners, came together to handle a series of robberies that were being committed by children in foster care.
From gelling well together as partners to understanding the situation and acting accordingly, the new partnership was loved by fans of the show. Tiff and Maggie even shared a heartfelt moment at the end where Maggie empathized with Tiff and reminded her that the FBI is her family.
Maggie went on to tell Tiffany that even though this was the first time they worked together, there was clearly a connection there. Maggie also said that she’d be there These interactions had fans extremely happy. It, in fact had many watchers of FBI Season 4 Episode 10 demanding that the two continue to be partners.
It’s interesting that the pair hadn’t worked together before now. However, some think the friendliness from the two means showrunners have something up their sleeves moving forward.
Fans Loving The Team-Up
“Hope we get more Maggie and Tiff team ups in the future,” one fan wrote. “They are really good together.”
“Are they new partners or was it for this episode only?” another tweeted. “My vote Maggie and Tiff stay together as parents.”
For it’s part, the show seemed to be looking for feedback. The FBI official Twitter account was one of those asking fans if they felt Maggie and Tiff were a great team. Generally, when a show does something like that through its social media, there’s a distinct reason for it.
It seems more than a little likely that fans of the long-running crime dram are going to be seeing more Maggie and Tiff team-ups than just what was shown as part of FBI Season 4 Episode 10.
