‘FBI’s Jeremy Sisto Crosses Over, Plus More About Felix Vincente

What To Know

  • Jeremy Sisto’s FBI character Jubal crosses over to CIA in the November 9 episode.
  • Assassin Felix Vincente resurfaces.

After Nikki (Necar Zadegan) crossed over to FBI to help Jubal (Jeremy Sisto) out in the Season 9 premiere, he’s repaying the favor in an upcoming CIA episode.

TV Insider has the exclusive details and first-look photos of the sixth episode, “Legacy,” airing on Monday, November 9. In addition to Sisto’s guest appearance, that episode will see a targeted explosion rock the Upper East Side and kill an international arms dealer. The person behind it? Assassin Felix Vincente (Sasha Roiz), who was introduced in the Season 2 premiere. Bill (Nick Gehlfuss) makes a difficult decision in order to stop him before he turns the fight against the CIA. Check out our images above and below for a look at Zadegan and Sisto together as well as Bill and Colin (Tom Ellis) working the case — and Toni’s (Angela Sarafyan) there with the CIA officer, which should certainly make things interesting.

Ahead of the new season, Mike Weiss, showrunner for both FBI and CIA, told us, “We have a really big Jubal and Nikki episode that I can’t quite talk about yet, but where he’s going to be more involved in a CIA operation than any of these other smaller little crossover moments.”

Added Sisto, “There’s a really cool episode on CIA where I go over, and I help Nikki out on a case, and it’s a really fun adventure where it’s a slightly different tone of the show. So there’s a bit more of a sense of humor that can be utilized that Jubal feels comfortable.”

That bit about Bill and Felix is particularly interesting given that the latest episode saw Colin and Bill looking at the unredacted file on the hitman, hidden in the FBI agent’s father’s watch. Felix was a CIA asset, specifically Bill’s dad’s asset, they uncovered.

Weiss seemed to be hinting at that when he told us, “This assassin escapes at the end of the season premiere. Is it possible that that assassin had a deep and complicated relationship with Bill’s father back when Bill was an intelligence officer? It’s possible. And so in hunting for the truth about Bill’s dad and who he was and what he did to keep Americans safe, there’s going to be no way to get to the bottom of that for Bill unless he locates and apprehends this international assassin, Felix Vincente, who is played by Sasha Roiz, who is one of our absolute favorite actors that we’ve ever worked with. We’re psyched about how the story is going to unfold.”

He shared that Roiz will be “in some really consequential episodes” — specifically pointing to the sixth, seventh, eighth, and 10th — “especially as we get to the climax of the story.” He also said with the 10th episode, the fall finale, is when “we’re going to get to the bottom of this and understand every little aspect of who Bill’s dad really was and what he did.”
