There’s gonna be a new junior in the MasterChef family! Holly Ramsay Peaty, daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, is pregnant with her first child, meaning Gordon is on track for grandfather status.
“Baby Ramsay-Peaty coming December 2026,” Holly wrote on Instagram on Saturday, June 20, posting a photo of her husband, Adam Peaty, holding her baby bump. “We can’t wait to meet our baby girl.”
Celebrities have already lit up the comments, with Victoria Beckham congratulating the parents-to-be and her son, Romeo Beckham, adding two heart emojis.
Holly and Adam, an English swimmer with three Olympic gold medals and three silvers, married in Bath, England, in December 2025.
“I’m truly so lucky being able to walk this beautiful bride down the aisle and gaining an incredible son-in-law @adamramsaypeaty!” Gordon wrote on Instagram at the time. “I love you so much @hollyramsaypeaty and couldn’t be a prouder dad.”
Gordon and his wife, Tana, are the parents of six children, having welcomed Megan in 1998, Holly and her twin brother Jack in 1999, Tilly in 2001, Oscar in 2019, and Jesse in 2023, according to People.
He might feel differently about the “grandad” label nowadays, but in a 2020 interview with Men’s Health UK, Gordon complained about getting mistaken for his son’s grandfather.
“The worst thing is when I’m walking with Tana and Jack, and everyone is looking at Jack as if Oscar is his son,” he told the magazine. “‘You must be so proud to be a grandad.’ ‘F*** off, he’s ours.’ If I get called ‘grandad’ one more f***ing time, I’m going to hit the roof.”
Those gripes aside, Gordon isn’t the same man at home that fans see raging in a profane manner on TV shows like Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares.
“The kids have brought the most emotion out of me,” the chef told People in 2023. “It’s funny, isn’t it? Because everyone thinks, ‘God, you must be an absolute ass to be at home with.’ [But] Tana’s super fierce, an ex-Montessori school teacher. So I’m the softie.”
