Drew Scott‘s latest home renovation project was for someone very close to his heart.
In a Thursday, August 20, Instagram post, Scott gave fans a tour of his daughter Piper’s newly renovated toddler room. “Whimsical, playful, and built to grow with her. We LOVE how Piper’s room turned out! What’s your favorite detail?” he wrote.
In the clip, Scott described the space as “a room to grow with her.” The room is full of color, from the yellow bedframe and striped walls to the pink and blue pillows to her toys. Floral curtains perfectly pair with the pink floral rug and cushy blush pink armchair. Perhaps the room’s most adorable decor item is the giant teddy bear sitting at the edge of the bed.
Fans gushed over the adorable design in the post’s comments, with one user writing, “Everything is beautiful!!!” Another said, “Wish my grandkids could have room like this.” Someone else shared, “Piper’s room is so absolutely beautiful!”
Scott shared several before-and-after pics of the room’s makeover via Instagram on August 7, revealing that the space was once a guest room. “Piper’s room has come a long way from the original ketchup carpet!” he captioned the slideshow of photos showcasing what the room looked like in 2026, 2017, and 2021.
“Piper’s room is so absolutely beautiful! It’s very cozy but, also has the perfect amount of girly-girl!” one commenter stated. A different person posted, “Love Piper’s room and carpet!! So pretty!!” A separate commenter said, “Cozy with the perfect amount of girly!”
Scott and his wife, Linda Phan, tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their eldest child, son Parker, in 2022. The trio became a family of four with the birth of Piper in 2024.
Though the Property Brothers star protects his kids’ privacy by hiding their faces on social media, he shared several adorable snaps of Piper via Instagram for her birthday back in May. “Stop growing so fast! Can’t believe my little Piper is already 2,” he wrote alongside the photos. “Happy bday. Love you to the moon and back.”
In another recent Instagram post, Scott opened up about the parenting wake-up call he experienced with his kids. “I came home one day, and I saw Parker. And I’m like, ‘Hey, Parker. Give me a hug.’ And he sort of ran away,” he explained. “And then, he went and picked up one of his toys and held it to his ear, and he actually started walking around, going, ‘I’m on a business call. I’m on a business call.’”
Scott said the moment served as a reminder for him to be more present with his kids. “Piper has a music class at home. So, it’s her and six other babies and toddlers that come over and a music teacher, and they just play music,” he said. “It’s a small thing, but for me to be present there, I can see it in Piper’s face. She gets excited, and for me, it’s heartwarming and I love it. But if I was just to be at my busy, busy pace, I would do calls over my lunch and I would skip that. Then, all of a sudden, I would look back years from now and think, ‘I missed these crucial points in my baby’s life.’”
Scott encouraged his Instagram followers to prioritize spending time with their loved ones, stating, “It’s gonna feel pretty empty at the end of your career or at the end of your life if you look back and all you did was work. And don’t be that person checking their phone when you’re hanging out with family.”
