As the homes from Rock the Block Season 7 go up for sale, HGTV fans can get the chance to tour them in real life.
The competition series’ latest run concluded on Monday, May 25, with Kim Wolfe and Chelsea Meissner being named the Season 7 champions. The former Survivor stars were one of four HGTV star/celebrity duos who transformed identical houses in Las Vegas, including Taniya Nayak and Drew Lachey, Mina Starsiak Hawk and Vernon Davis, and Brooke Hogan and Scott McGillivray.
Just as in seasons past, the homes featured on the show will be available for purchase. Those interested in purchasing the homes, as well as those wanting to get a real-life look at the team’s designs, can get the chance to visit the houses in person thanks to Landon Miller Homes, which built the houses featured in Season 7.
“As of tomorrow [Wednesday, May 27], they will be listed on the open market for sale. So, they are going on the market,” the company’s founder, Landon Miller, told local Las Vegas news outlet KSNV News 3 in an interview posted on Tuesday, May 26. “And then, anybody can come this weekend, Saturday [May 30] and Sunday [May 31], from 9 [am] to 6 [pm], we’re having what we call a ‘block party’ where the public can come view the homes. There’ll be a lot of the vendors that were involved there. [You can] walk them all. [You can] meet my team, meet everybody involved.”
Tickets for the block party event are currently available on Landon Miller Homes’ website. “What’s really cool is all the money generated is going to be donated to HomeAid of Southern Nevada,” he told the outlet. “My wife is president of that charity, so we’re raising all the funds to donate back to them.”
Per the company’s website, attendees will have the opportunity to tour all four homes featured on Rock the Block Season 7, as well as “purchase limited edition t-shirts and hats, bid on exclusive silent auction items, enjoy our photo booth experience featuring the Rock The Block sign, and be able to purchase some special treats from our local vendors.” The exact location of the Las Vegas homes will be shared with ticket holders before the event.
Wolfe and Meissner recently revealed which rooms in their “smoky sexy” house were their favorites in an exclusive interview with TV Insider. “Such a hard question to answer, but I was obsessed with our kitchen. It felt transportive and fun, which is exactly what we wanted the house to feel like overall,” Meissner shared. “If we could redo anything, we’d probably spend a little more time fine-tuning the front exterior of our house. We had no time and no money to really focus on the curb appeal, but honestly, we’re proud of every space.”

Wolfe, for her part, added, “I really loved our entry, great room, poker room, kitchen/prep and kitchen/dining area combo — really that whole main space when you walk through the front door. It’s hard for me to pick just one part of it, because they all felt so connected.”
As far as a space she wishes the pair could have redone? “I would say the theater room is one where, in theory, we loved the idea of it, but didn’t really get to bring it to life the way we wanted to,” Wolfe stated. “Same with parts of the front exterior of the house. There were some things we wanted to do, but we just ran out of time.”
