Jack Osbourne has had enough of the criticism about his weight and took to Instagram on Thursday night (May 19) to speak his mind.
“I cannot believe I’m having to actually make this f****** video,” the reality star said. “If I see one more article written about me saying how I’m ‘sick,’ I’m ‘grossly underweight’, [that I’m] ‘health crisis Jack’… It’s f****** insane.”
The former Osbournes star said he hasn’t lost any weight since he finished filming the U.K. reality series I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Here! six months ago. “I’ve been the same f****** weight,” he stated. “The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache. That’s the only f****** difference.”
Jack, who most recently appeared in the Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home documentary about his late father, who died in July 2025, went on to open up about his weight loss journey over the years.
“I’ve been slowly but consistently losing weight for the last three and a half years,” he shared. “I shot up to about 220 pounds about three and a half years ago and decided that I wanted to make some changes, so I did. What’s the big f****** deal? I’m 5 foot 8 and a half and 155 pounds. It is perfectly healthy.”
The Dancing With the Stars alum said it “blows his mind” that he even has to address this situation. “My entire life, I was just brutalized by the press about being overweight, and the fact that I get down to a healthy weight, now I’m criticized even more? Get f*****,” he concluded.

Jack isn’t the only member of the Osbourne family to face criticism about his weight loss in recent months. In March, Jack’s sister Kelly Osbourne fired back at a commenter who described her as looking like “a dead body.” She reshared the comment on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Literally can’t believe how disgusting some human beings truly are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!”
Kelly and Jack’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, who has faced her own criticism about her appearance, praised her daughter for fighting back against the negative comments. Sharon told Extra TV in March that she’s proud of Kelly for “standing up for herself against the bullies.”
Friends and fans commented on Jack’s latest post, with many sharing their support, including AEW wrestler Chris Jericho, who wrote, “Don’t listen to the haters dude. You look great.”
Kelly Rizzo, the widow of the late Bob Saget, added, “Love you Jack. You tell em!!!”
Doom Patrol actress Madeline Zima wrote, “Sorry you even have to do this Jack there are more important things to “report on” than taking shots at anyone’s body!!!”
