Bachelor in Paradise alum Jade Roper Tolbert just celebrated her 37th birthday. While she shared how her family spoiled her and showered her with love all day, she also revealed being very emotional. Jade Roper Tolbert reveals having an emotional birthday
Jade Roper Tolbert overall had a great birthday with her family. Her children sang happy birthday to her and her husband Tanner Tolbert took her out for a special dinner. However, her birthday was a little bittersweet.
Jade is known for being upfront with her followers about life. She shares it all from the good to the bad and everything in between. Now, she’s doing the same in regard to her birthday.
On Instagram, she said, “I had a really great birthday yesterday, but I also want to be real. I had a really somber birthday. I thought the holidays were going to be hard, but they seem to be the only thing making things joyful for me right now. Turning another year older, not being pregnant when I should be was so tough yesterday. I had a few breakdowns and felt off most of the day until the kids were home from school. I think there’s so much pressure around birthdays and I just want to say it’s ok to be sad on your birthday too.”
Jade is really struggling since losing her baby earlier this year.
When she and Tanner lost Beau
When Jade Roper Tolbert was pregnant with her fourth child with Tanner she shared devastating news that they had lost him. She wrote to fans that she was trying to allow her body to release the pregnancy naturally. She noted she carried his body for almost five months and his soul for a little less.
After not being able to release the pregnancy naturally, they had to medically treat her. This was tough on Jade and she has struggled since. Had she been able to pass the baby on her own, she had plans to bury him by a tree in their yard. Now, she continues to grieve and will always honor her lost son.
So far she and Tanner have not shared if they will try for another baby.
