The former couple purchased a 7,700-square-feet home in Franklin, Tennessee, in 2023, Realtor.com reported. The entire property sprawls over ten acres. Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo customized the home and lived there for the last few years of their marriage. The home boasts five bedrooms and seven baths. They reportedly added an automotive showroom. The outdoor area includes a separate kitchen and dining area, as well as a pool.
Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll’s divorce settlement was quick and confidential. Multiple outlets reported that she received the Tennessee home as part of the settlement. Bunnie Xo also allegedly received a huge lump sum instead of ongoing spousal support.
