Jenna Bush Hager poked fun at her White House past to promote her new series, Line of Fire.

The Today host serves as an executive producer on the upcoming NBC series, which follows a family of law enforcement agents across the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service, and the Department of Justice. “After a seemingly cut-and-dry case turns into a deadly conspiracy, they must use the expertise from a lifetime of protecting civilians and politicians to protect one another and bring the killer to justice … even if it means betraying their sworn code,” the show’s official description reads.

Bush Hager is the daughter of former President George W. Bush and the granddaughter of the late former President George H.W. Bush. She frequently opens up about her time as a former first daughter, including prank calling her grandfather’s vice presidential office, regretting not hooking up with Secret Service members, sneaking away from Secret Service to see a boyfriend, and crying when her dad informed her of his plans to run for office.

In a Wednesday, August 5, Instagram post, Bush Hager shared a behind-the-scenes video of herself on the Line of Fire set. “Missing a little White House drama.. Secrets. Family. Power. LINE OF FIRE. Premieres Monday 9/21 at 10/9c on NBC,” she wrote over the clip, in which she posed on what looked like a White House set.

In the post’s caption, she added, “Back in the White House. LINE OF FIRE premieres on Monday, 9/21 at 10/9c on NBC.”

Fans shared their excitement for the show in the post’s comments, with one user joking, “Please slide down the stairs for old times sake!” Another added, “Thank you for bringing this to life! Peter [Krause] & crew are going to take this show to number 1 real quick!”

Someone else shared, “Tha Queen Is Here.!!!!!!” Another person posted, “It’s going to be so good!!” A separate commenter shared, “Love a White House drama!!! Jenna giving Olivia Pope.”

Bush Hager announced the series on Today With Jenna & Sheinelle back in January. “Who knew I would ever do something like this, ladies and gentlemen? It’s about different levels of law enforcement, some based on [the] Secret Service. So, y’all know I know about that,” she shared. “And it’s a mystery, and I joined all the pitches because every time, to watch these sometimes jaded executives’ — not all of you — faces drop with the twist, the twist is so good.”

In April, Bush Hager revealed that the pilot had been filmed. “It’s this kind of really funny, Scandal-esque [show]. It has a little bit of a White House twist, so I brought some of that,” she said at the time. “[There’s] a little romance, but [also] family drama, which I think we’re all kind of desperate for, with some mystery.”

Krause — who stars alongside Hope Davis, Kat Cunning, Tommy O’Brien, Taylor Bloom, and Charlie Barnett — appeared on Today in May to celebrate the show being ordered to series by NBC.

“It’s a fantastic family-centered show which is an action thriller,” he said to Bush Hager and her Today co-hosts. “And the writer, Josh Safran, brings a lot of family dynamics to it: the good, the bad, the ugly, the funny, the sexy. It’s a very interesting, unusual show.”

Line of Fire, Series Premiere, Monday, September 21, 10/9c, NBC
