Jenna Dewan Signs Deal With Lifetime
On Thursday, The Hollywood Reporter exclusively announced that Jenna Dewan has signed a deal with Lifetime. She will both star and executive produce two movies for the network.
Dewan will film one original movie, and one It’s A Wonderful Lifetime movie. Currently, these movies are in development. Therefore, an announcement with more details is forthcoming.
Dewan is well-known for portraying Freya Beauchamp in the Lifetime series, Witches of East End. Don’t forget she also starred in the Lifetime movies, Fab Five: The Texas Cheerleader Scandal, and She Made Me Do It.
Moreover, she is thrilled to be returning. “I am so excited to reteam with Lifetime on these projects.” She continued to talk about the Lifetime brand and her renewed partnership.
“They’ve always been such wonderful partners and have truly paved the way for female-focused entertainment. It’s going to be a lot of fun getting to tell some really special stories together.”

Lifetime has been inking deals with a lot of well-known talent. At the end of 2021, they inked a two-movie deal with Sarah Drew. Like Dewan, she is doing one Christmas movie, Reindeer Games, and has already filmed the Lifetime movie, Stolen By Their Father.
Nearly a year ago, Reba McEntire signed a two-movie deal. Reba McEntire’s Christmas In Tune was one of the most-watched It’s A Wonderful Lifetime movies in 2021.
Moreover, other actresses who have signed similar deals include Toni Braxton (Fallen Angels Murder Club), Angie Harmon (Barstow), and Tia Mowry (Miracle In Motor City).
