Jeopardy! host Mayim Bialik is showing that she has brains and beauty. The typically conservatively dressed actress and host had a photo shoot for her FOX series Call Me Kat. In the pics, she showed a completely different side of herself and she was breathtaking. Read on for more details.
Mayim Bialik Is The Hostess With The Mostess
Many viewers grew up with Mayim as an actress on the small screen. She played the starring role of Blossom Russo on the show by the same name, Blossom. Then, after finishing college and obtaining a Ph.D., she eventually returned to television as Amy Farrah Fowler in The Big Bang Theory. Now, she is using her degree and smarts to help host Jeopardy! alongside Ken Jennings. Though her role won’t kick in until January, she can be seen every Sunday starting September 25th on Celebrity Jeopardy!
In addition, acting fans can see her as Kat on Call Me Kat which kicks off Season 3 on Thursday, September 29th. Though her character is relatively tame when it comes to her style, she ended last season taking off to Paris. She left her cat cafe in the hands of her two best friends and has been footloose and fancy-free. That is seemingly reflective in the latest promo pics. In pictures from The Sun, Mayim has a short choppy bob haircut which is tousled and loose.
As for her dress, she is showing off her cleavage in a sweet but sultry puffed sleeve above the knee dress. Finally, she is not wearing her signature glasses which have typically been reserved for her hosting duties. When talking to Ken Jennings, she shared that she may opt to go without them whilst hosting this season. This is extremely atypical for the suited-up and extremely conservative dressing actress and mother of two. Now, as for the hosts, the best part of the two working together is that they will be sharing more than just Jeopardy!
Ken Goes To The Cat Cafe
For Season 3 of Call Me Kat, Ken and Mayim Bialik’s other worlds will cross. He will be guest starring on the show which was major for the actress. “Ken very very graciously appears in our season opener of Call Me Kat. It was exciting for everyone – everybody freaked out when they heard Ken was coming.” Mayim further explained that it was a big moment for her character and he noted that they had a lot of fun working on the sitcom together.
