Meanwhile, fans quickly noticed that the book’s release date was a day before Michelle Duggar’s birthday, creating speculations that Jill did it on purpose. “Funny that it’s the day before Michelle’s birthday,” one person said. Some fans also think Jill did a wise decision to release the Counting The Cost earlier, especially now that the Duggars have been a hot topic, which may result in massive sales of the book.
