Kelly Osbourne penned an emotional Father’s Day Tribute to her late dad, Ozzy Osbourne — the first since his death in July 2025.
On Sunday, June 21, the former The Osbournes star took to Instagram with a carousel of photos and a heartfelt message honoring The Prince of Darkness, who died at 76 just over two weeks after reuniting with Black Sabbath for their “Back to the Beginning” final charity concert.
“Dad, I still find myself looking for you in ordinary moments the advice I need, the joke I want to tell, the victory I wish you could see,” Kelly, 41, began her update. “The ache of missing you is the price of loving you, and I would pay it forever rather than have never been your child at all!”
The bereaved daughter then promised, “I will never stop missing you. It is an honor to spend the rest of my life loving you. Until we meet again!”
Kelly’s friends and followers showered her with love in the comments of her Father’s Day tribute, with one writing, “Lovely words. As painful as your loss is what a treasure of a father you had. A rare one.”
Another shared, “I’m thinking of you today, you will carry your Dad in your heart forever. I know he is looking down on you with so much love and pride.”
Someone else pointed out, “He will live on through his music and your memories.”
Meanwhile, yet another Instagram user commented, “He will always be, your guardian angel. The coolest one, ever.”
In addition to Kelly, Ozzy fathered five children across his two marriages. The metal icon welcomed a daughter, Jessica, and a son, Louis, with his first wife, Thelma Riley; he also adopted her son, Elliot. With his second wife, Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy welcomed two daughters, Aimee and Kelly, and a son, Jack Osbourne.
Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly, and Jack starred in the MTV reality TV series The Osbournes, which aired for four seasons from 2002 to 2005.
