Ken Jennings Admits He’s Jealous of His ‘Jeopardy!’ Neighbors – Here’s Why

Ken Jennings has revealed that a surprising TV show is filmed right next door to the Jeopardy!  studios on the Sony TV lot in Los Angeles. But somewhat frustratingly for the Jeopardy! host he is not allowed to casually stroll in and snoop around. However, a Jeopardy! fan has said that they might just be able to get him in.

“Little-known Jeopardy! behind-the-scenes trivia: For All Mankind is set up right next door to our stages and has MUCH fancier catering. And signs to discourage freeloaders!” Jennings wrote on Instagram on June 10.

For All Mankind is a drama show that debuted on Apple TV in 2019. It follows the “what-if” take on history as it follows the lives of NASA astronauts and their families.

In the first photo, there were tents lined up outside a building. They had food trays and drinks on them. Although there was a man grabbing food from one of the trays, it didn’t look like there was much security around.

The second picture had a sad Ken Jennings pointing to a sign on one of the tents that said, “For All Mankind Catering only!” Him standing that close to the fences might have been a violation in itself!

However, a follower of his told him that he should tell them when he is there next because they could get him food. “Ken, you just let me know when, and I’ll get you into the line! Signed, a For All Mankind crew member,” they wrote.

“Lol. You are the hero we need,” the game show host replied.

Fans reacted to the post in the comments. “Guess it’s not for ALL mankind,” one joked.

“But it’s for ALL mankind, isn’t it?” another said.

“For some mankind,” many others said.

“All Mankind welcome here. Except, you know. Everyone else,” a fourth added.

Some fans suggested that he should grab a to-go box and try to take some food back to the Jeopardy! set. “No one will stop you, Ken! Grab a to-go box,” a fan said.

“Ken, today’s the last tape day of the season. Grab something, and by the time anyone notices you did, you’ll be safely back in Washington State, not to return to Culver City until August,” a fan said.

A previous contestant said to go to the Commissary anyway because they had great food. The Commissary is the food place that Jeopardy! staff, crew, and contestants eat before and after tapings.
