Kim Kardashian’s oldest daughter, North West, has never been afraid to express herself. However, now she’s opening up more after facing accusations that she is ‘demonic.’ Keep reading to find out what she and her mom are saying about the way she dresses.
North West Called ‘Demonic’
Kim Kardashian has been under fire a lot lately for how she lets her daughter, North, present herself. Right now, North chooses to wear black grills on her teeth and long, neon blue hair. She also has several piercings and tends to wear all black. Apparently, because of this, people have been accusing her of being demonic.
However, North recently went online with her mom to do a live video where she was able to clear up some of the rumors about herself.
“I’m not demonic, guys. Stop saying I’m demonic, no, I’m not,” North says in the live
She wants people to know that just because she prefers to wear black and do really intense makeup doesn’t mean people should try to stereotype her at all.
“Just because I like to dress this way, don’t judge a book by its cover,” she continues.
Kim chimes in occasionally during the video to support her daughter.
“I don’t think people really get it,” Kim says, referencing North’s outfit.
Despite all the hate, North is adamant that she isn’t into ‘demon stuff.’
“You guys know I’m not on that demon stuff. I believe in Jesus,” she tells viewers.
Fans Aren’t So Sure
In an Instagram post about the live, fans sounded off in the comments. It seems that many still don’t approve of the way North is presenting herself.
- Yea ok. She looks very demonic!! I’m positive that’s how they want her to look
- I think we all go through phases in our lives, but obviously this is extreme and we all know it. I think this child didn’t want to go the path her family wanted her to and she completely altered her look so she wouldn’t be a pleasing what her mother wanted. I’m all for letting your children express themselves, but as I said before, this is extreme. But God bless.
- Oh to be 13 and fake !!! What a life!! But I guess if that’s what you fed and only know that’s what you become!! So sad!!!
However, she does have a few supporters who think everyone should just leave her alone to do whatever makes her happy.
