Kim & Kroy Are In Shambles
KJ Biermann was originally supposed to have a hearing on September 8th, but that has been postponed. He will now appear on October 14th for his arraignment, but before that, the fifteen-year-old will have his bond hearing. Of course, his parents, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, would love for him to come home. KJ has been in Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center since he was arrested on August 17th for sexual battery. Unfortunately, it is unclear what will happen next for him, and that has his family completely frazzled.
Initially, Kim and Kroy were not seen around Atlanta after the arrest. Then, Kim was spotted at a Florida airport with her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, while Kroy was on dad duty. They were then seen attending a game for one of their other sons, but Kroy exited soon after his estranged wife popped up. Now, as the bond hearing looms, both Kim and Kroy look beyond stressed. Kim’s long blond hair was in a messy bun; she was barefaced, wearing black glasses, all black athletic wear, and slippers. As of September 10th, an onlooker claimed she appeared “hectic and scattered,” while Kroy looked despondent on Wednesday, September 9th.

No one knows how this will play out, but Kim Zolciak has maintained her son’s innocence since the beginning. She has referred to the alleged victim, who is also a minor, as a “woman,” which rubbed followers the wrong way.
Another Month Behind Bars?
If KJ Biermann’s bond is denied, he will likely remain in Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center until October 14th.
