KJ Biermann Arrested For Alleged Sex Crimes
KJ Biermann is the son of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. He was arrested on August 17 for alleged aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. A female classmate claims that he assaulted her in a gym changing area on April 23, 2026. Police were called to the hospital, and the student went in a day after it happened. She claims that KJ started getting touchy with her in a co-ed sauna. However, she told him no, and he kept going. At one point, he allegedly forced her mouth onto his penis and inserted his fingers into her vagina. The hospital did not find DNA evidence in the victim’s mouth or vagina. KJ is still in custody for this. Kroy was contacted by the police and told them he would talk to Kim before the arrest.
It seems as though KJ is still in custody, and this is an ongoing investigation. While there is no conviction yet, there was enough evidence to get him arrested.
