What We Know About Vanderpump Rules Star’s Pregnancy
When Bravo viewers met the cast of Vanderpump Rules, most of them were young 20-somethings hoping to find their big break in Hollywood. Eleven years later, several of the OG cast have left the show and started families. Lala Kent is among the early cast members still on the Bravo show. She welcomed her first child, Ocean, in 2021.
At the time, Lala was engaged to producer Randall Emmett. But their relationship ended when their daughter was around 7 months old. She claims that he cheated on her with multiple women. The breakup was so traumatic that Lala swore off men for a while. But she wanted a second child.
She announced earlier this month that she was pregnant with baby #2. She conceived her second child via intrauterine insemination (IUI) and a sperm donor. Lala has shared many details of her pregnancy so far with fans, including her due date: September 2024.
She doesn’t know if she’s having a boy or a girl yet but plans to find out soon. She may keep it to herself until the baby’s birth.
Lala Kent Worries For Baby
The Vanderpump Rules star opened up her Instagram DMs for questions from fans. One fan wanted to specifically how far Lala is in her pregnancy. “16 weeks, 6 days pregnant,” Lala shared.
She also shared one of the upcoming pregnancy milestones that scares her the most. She said she’s nervous about the 20 week checkup appt. Why?
“That was the appointment they got worried about O,” she said, referring to her daughter Ocean. Lala revealed shortly after giving birth to Ocean that there were complications during her first pregnancy, including a lack of growth.
Lala added that “everything looks good” so far in her second pregnancy.
Unique Name Choices For Baby #2
Another of Lala’s Instagram followers asked what baby names she likes for her second child. “I like Rampage for a boy and call him Ram,” Lala replied. However, people in her circle shot that idea down.
She went on to list other names that she threw around. What other names was she considering? Snow, Mighty, and Lion were three names she liked but ultimately rejected. Two other names on the list are blacked out because she’s still considering them.
