The King of Queens alum is trading sitcom drama for the very real kind as she joins The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 16 as a full-time cast member. According to Variety, Remini will officially enter the drama-filled world of RHOBH when the Bravo hit returns, bringing a familiar face and famously unfiltered personality to the 90210.
A two-time Emmy winner, actress, producer, podcaster, and New York Times best-selling author, Remini is best known for her turn as Carrie Heffernan on the hit CBS comedy series The King of Queens. In recent years, she has also become an outspoken critic of Scientology, documenting her experiences with the organization through her Emmy-winning docuseries Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath.
The actress and comedian joins the cast as the Beverly Hills ladies head into another season of complicated friendships and lavish lifestyles. Also along for the ride is real estate agent and former Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Seasons 10 through 15 star Tracy Tutor, who announced via Instagram that she was joining the show.
“I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and I could not be more excited for this next chapter,” wrote Tutor. “Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life. Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely. So what’s left to say but, Let’s f**king go.”
Remini and Tutor will join returning cast members Erika Jayne Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John, and Rachel Zoe. Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly will be on board in recurring roles as “friends” of the cast.
Cast member Amanda Frances will not return to the franchise. In an Instagram post, Frances wrote that her “time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is complete.” She expressed that she was grateful for the experience and to her fans who supported her. “I am taking the clarity, the lessons, the plot twists, the spiritual warfare, and the occasional deeply unnecessary dinner party drama into all that God has for me next,” Frances posted.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 16 does not have an official premiere date yet, but production is currently underway as of August 2026.
