Shockingly, it has already been a week since Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston and her partner Brice Bolden brought their baby girl, Leighton Drew, into the world.
Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much activity on social media from anyone in the family since Liz Johnston gave birth. So, 7 Little Johnstons fans are itching for an update on this baby girl. More importantly, fans also wonder how Liz Johnston is handling postpartum.

Liz Johnston Baby Update: Officially A Week Old
Amber and Trent Johnston admit they are having a difficult time wrapping their minds around their grandbaby already being a week old. They penned in a caption surrounded by bow emojis: “How can she be 1 week already!”
Their post also revealed their grandma and grandpa nicknames: Lolli and Poppa. Furthermore, their post also revealed they were very much enjoying being grandparents.
Amber and Trent Johnston also shared a new photo of Liz’s baby girl. It was an up-close shot of Leighton Drew’s face. She was peacefully sleeping in someone’s arms. She had a sweet smile on her face.
7 Little Johnstons Fans Ask Questions
TLC fans really appreciated the family taking the time to share this fresh photo with them. They, however, still had a lot of questions.
The biggest question fans have is still the same. Is the baby girl a member of the Little People community? To date, this question has not been addressed by the family. In fact, Liz Johnston limited comments on her Instagram to force people to stop asking.
As TV Shows Ace previously reported, it is highly unlikely that Leighton Drew has dwarfism based on her birth measurements. Taking a closer look at her, many fans are in agreement her head also doesn’t look like she has dwarfism.
The other big question fans are having is regarding the relationship status of Elizabeth and Brice. More specifically, fans want to know if they are married. At this time, Elizabeth and Brice are NOT married. Shockingly, they did not make the decision to rush into marriage simply because they were pregnant. Given the fact that Liz decided to give her daughter Brice’s last name… Fans suspect it is only a matter of time before they get married.
