The devastation behind Love After Lockup star Asonta’s death has been revealed. Earlier on Saturday, September 2nd, TV Shows Ace revealed that he had passed away. At the time, no cause of death was given just a lot of sadness. Now, video footage of the aftermath has been released and it is heartbreaking. Read on for more details.
Love After Lockup Devastation Revealed Behind Asonta’s Death
Asonta was first featured on the current season of Love During Lockup with Raneka. She was his rapper girlfriend who was moving to Georgia to be with him. As soon as she made it there with her two daughters, he was set to be released from prison. Of course, there were some hiccups and it looked like he was playing Raneka. Still, the couple would make it over to Love After Lockup to see where their relationship was headed. Was it worth Raneka moving or was she better off away from him? Only time would tell.
Sadly, just a week before the Love During Lockup season finale, Raneka shared that Asonta had passed away. Other people close to him sent out tributes and it also seemed that he had a little one, as well. Throughout it all, no one knew what caused his death. Now, a video has been posted thanks to @accordingtoamber1. It is a completely totaled truck that is decimated beyond belief. The caption reads: “The mother of one of the young victims who owned the truck that was allegedly struck by Asonta has shared heartbreaking pictures of what her son’s truck looked like after the car crash last night.”
Fans had strong thoughts on all of this after seeing the devastation that was caused. One wrote: “I may be alone in this but I feel that all the Asonta storyline should be wrapped up and not shown again if it hasn’t happened already.” Another added: “Wow! I thought it was sad he passed… this is much worse than I could of imagined. Sending love to all the families involved. ❤️.” This is a true tragedy.
What’s Next?
As a fan mentioned, they still have the Love After Lockup storyline between Asonta and Raneka filmed and ready to go. Would it be best to let it go at this point? It won’t air for around two weeks but they may have to figure out another option as this was completely unexpected. Consideration needs to be paid to his family and the legacy that he leaves behind.
