TV Shows

Little People, Big World star Josiah Roloff is finally walking, and we have a sweet video to share.

The 1-year-old reality tv star took his first steps on camera while beaming mom Tori Roloff looked on. He is the youngest of three children shared by Tori and LPBW star Zach Roloff. Read on to see the precious video of his first steps, and find out why his mom had some concerns about parenting him.

Tori Shares Concerns About Parenting Josiah

Josiah Roloff was born on April 30, 2022. He is the third and youngest child of Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff. When he came into the world, Mom Tori says that she knew immediately that they were finished expanding their family. Tori has recounted how Josiah was placed in her arms and she felt, “Done. We’re good.” In a recent question-and-answer with fans, Tori explained that she is 100% sure that Josiah will be their last child.

But being sure that he’s their last doesn’t mean that parenting has been smooth sailing. In fact, Tori recently opened up about some major concerns that she had about parenting her youngest child. But don’t worry, it’s nothing serious. In January 2023, Tori said that she was worried about parenting Josiah because she doesn’t know how she’ll ever be able to tell him “No.”

Tori shared a series of pictures for proof as to why it would be difficult to say no to his sweet baby blue eyes. Tori’s mother-in-law, Amy Roloff, added in the comments of her post, “It’s going to be hard.” However, it may have just gotten a little easier to tell the tot “No,” because he just hit a milestone that all parents long for and dread in equal measure: he can walk.

LPBW Star Josiah Roloff Walks, First Steps Caught On Video

Baby Josiah took his first steps, and Tori was able to capture them on camera.

In an Instagram story, Tori watched Josiah from behind. Josiah, wearing grey leisure shorts and a bright orange shirt, faced the camera. Josiah’s head is showing the start of a serious mop of blonde hair. And the youngest Roloff had his tongue between his gums, looking determined. The enterprising toddler wobbled and stumbled his way forward. He managed multiple independent steps before catching himself on whatever the camera is resting on. A watchful Tori kept hold of the back of Josiah’s shirt the whole time, just in case.

When Josiah reached the camera, Tori clapped and cheered excitedly for her youngest son. While it’s a glorious milestone for mom and baby alike, it also means that young Josiah can get into more trouble. So perhaps Tori will be able to find the strength to say no to him occasionally. Then again, maybe not.
