Mama June Shannon just revealed that she is still struggling with her health in a new update. On Mama June: Family Crisis, viewers saw her end up in the hospital with terrible headaches. It turns out that she is still looking for answers.
Mama June Dealing With Health Issues
Mama June was rushed to the hospital in Alabama and dealing with health issues. She had terrible headaches plus she was getting dizzy and insisted that she wasn’t using drugs again. The reality star said that she was clean so this wasn’t the cause of any of her issues. June did have bariatric surgery in 2016 and has put some of that weight back on. She has shown in the series that she isn’t eating healthy and focusing on her weight. June insists that she is staying the same weight and seems to be happy with where she is now.
Mama June Shares An Update
Mama June spoke to The Sun and shared about what is going on with her health now. It turns out that June is still having issues and not feeling well. She shared saying, “I’m getting tired of having severe headaches and not being able to think, I’m not getting tired of forgetting things, I’m getting tired of being dizzy and not being able to see straight.” This has to be hard on her.
June went on to explain that all of her tests are coming back normal. She said that the doctors also factor in her history of addiction. June has been sober for three years, but doctors still tell her she has to be honest with them. She did admit that when she was on drugs she blew over $1 million on her coke habit. June would love for them to run more tests and just figure out what is wrong with her so she can get to feeling better.

Mama June went on to share saying, “We’re in the process of trying to find new doctors, and we’ve got good doctors that we can go to but you can’t get into for six or seven months.” It is a long time to wait, but hopefully, one of these doctors can help her get the answers she so desperately wants.
