Project Runway is returning for its 22nd season. Heidi Klum, Law Roach, and Nina Garcia are back to judge the designers, while Christian Siriano is returning as mentor.
This year’s cast will feature a group of 22 contestants, making it the biggest season with the most cast members to date. The show premieres Thursday, July 9, on Freeform, with the episodes subsequently available to stream on Hulu and Disney+. The season will continue with weekly airings after the highly-anticipated premiere.
On May 27, the contestants for Season 22 were announced, and the list includes one past contestant from a previous season: Joseph McRae, who was in Season 21 in 2025. He finished in ninth place during his first attempt.
