Hart got her start as a child actress, becoming known to many on the Nickelodeon sitcom, Clarissa Explains It All. However, for many, her biggest claim to fame was playing the title character, Sabrina Spellman, on the fantasy sitcom, Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
Hart appeared as the character from 1996 to 2003, with the show transitioning from ABC to The WB. Hart had originally portrayed the character in a 1996 television movie of the same name, where the character was known as “Sabrina Sawyer,” which served as the series’ unofficial pilot.
Following this, Hart has been involved in other projects. This includes the sitcom, Melissa & Joey, and the podcast series, What Women Binge. However, Hart has occasionally returned to her Sabrina-roots.
Recently, she joined two of her co-stars for a night out. This included Nate Richert, who played her on-screen love interest, Harvey Kinkle, and Beth Broderick, who played Sabrina’s Aunt Zelda.

Hart showed off the mini reunion with a photo on Instagram. She captioned the post, “When the magic fam comes together!”
The actress has occasionally reminisced about her time on Sabrina on the platform. In another previous post, she shared a video captioned, “It was over 20 years ago, and he’s a fictional character! You need to move on!” It segued into a montage of clips of Salem, her famous warlock-turned-cat sidekick on the sitcom.
As noted by People, what made this most recent reunion special was that it was a rare appearance from Richert, who stepped away from the spotlight when the show wrapped up in 2003. However, the two have occasionally reunited in recent years. In 2024, the two appeared with several former castmates in Daytona Beach, Florida, at 90s Con.
With Hart sharing her more recent reunion on social media, fans have already been sharing their reactions. Even a few of Hart’s former castmates shared their reactions. Jenna Leigh Green, who played Sabrina’s nemesis Libby on the show, shared a few heart emojis.
Some nostalgic fans even shared ideas they had for a sequel involving the characters. A few comments included:
