Followers of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have slammed the exes for their eldest child, North West. She has long blue hair, has blacked out her teeth, and has gotten piercings on her hands and face. The teeth and piercings have raised eyebrows, as many wonder how Kim and Kanye could let North, 13, do this to herself. Now, she is breaking her silence as to which piercings are real and which are fake.
North West Is Growing Up Too Fast
Before North West turned thirteen, it seemed she was already growing up too fast. She had long blue hair, was preparing to go on tour, and started to get piercings. They adorned her hands and soon her face, which followers felt was highly inappropriate. It appeared that it would be one thing if she had a belly button ring or extra ear holes, but this rubbed fans the wrong way. They wondered whether her parents, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, were watching over her or letting her run wild.
Now, the singer and aspiring designer is breaking her silence regarding her multiple piercings. She clarified that they are all fake, but that she changes them all of the time to keep followers guessing:
“Guys, these piercings are not real. I change them so much that you guys think it’s real.”
North explained this in a video, and her mother, Kim Kardashian, chimed in. She defended her daughter and how she chose to switch things up all the time:
“Yeah, how do people think that they’re real? If they’re all different, all the time.”
Down the line, North West does want real piercings, but she noted that they can be risky. Additionally, Kim is a big fan of gluing on piercings in the moment.
This should make followers feel better about Kim and Kanye’s parenting, given that they are fake piercings. They are just letting North experiment in a safe way, which every teen should do.
Enjoy Being A Kid
After reading that North West’s piercings were fake, followers still felt that she was not getting the optimal childhood experience. Rather, they wanted her to enjoy being a kid and not look ahead so much, or she would miss out:
- What is real is that she’s only 13! You’re only a child once. There’s plenty of time for colored hair, piercings, grills, makeup, nails and all the rest! 🤨
- I’m a mum. Can I just say she’s still a child. This is insanity! WTF is wrong with her more down to earth elders? Does she have any mature grown ups in her life?
- She looks like a cartoon character, just like her mom. This child needs disipline but wants attention. Way too young for all this.
