‘On Patrol: Live’ Fans Suggest Drunken Special

TV Shows

On Patrol: Live fans have suggested a drunken special and they have it all mapped out. The show has apparently become dull to some since moving to Reelz. Yet, there is one segment that keeps many entertained. Now, they want a spin-off, of sorts. So, what is it? Read on for more details.

On Patrol: Live Fans Suggest Drunken Special

Fans flock to On Patrol: Live but they used to adore its predecessor, Live PD. Then, the show was canceled but picked up by Reelz. Unfortunately, some believe that it is not as good as it once was and that it lacks excitement now. Yes, they still appreciate the show, which airs Friday and Saturday nights as reflected by their Twitter feed.

Additionally, fans share their snacks and dinners of the night as they settle in for the excitement and adventure the show will bring. However, according to a Reddit thread, there was one segment from On Patrol: Live that fans could keep watching. The OP wrote this: “Show suggestion. Do a compilation video of all the failed DUI tests over Gimme 3 Steps. It could be a monthly recap. Should have no trouble getting 4 minutes 30 seconds of clips for this.” So, essentially they would like a monthly special that is just based on people trying to pass these tests and doing horribly?

Would others support this idea as it sounds like a lot of fun? “IF they do that they need to come to Jacksonville and shoot the intro from in front of The Jug Saloon…,” one suggested. Another added: “I’m fairly certain I couldn’t pass the walking tests sober.” It was pointed out that COPS did a compilation of tastings that went over really well. Redditors seem to really like the stops more than anything else, especially the massive fails so maybe they are on to something.

Doing Good

Aside from showing people how ridiculous people look when they get pulled over for a DUI, plus how dangerous it is, does do a lot of good. They have helped to find a bevy of missing persons since the show began. Thanks to their heavy social media presence and community, it has aided in bringing many home safe and sound, which is great. Plus, it also helped to save the life of Deputy Royce James so that needs to be noted.

Do you think that this is a good idea for a monthly special segment? More so, is this a part of the show that you enjoy watching, as well? Let us know and watch On Patrol: Live Fridays and Saturdays on Reelz.
