Ahead of the Every Year After Season 1 premiere, showrunner Amy B. Harris has revealed her big plans to keep viewers visiting Barry’s Bay through Season 2 and beyond!
Season 1 of the summer romance adaptation, which premieres on June 10, follows the plot of Carley Fortune’s Every Summer After. Told over the course of six years and one week in Barry’s Bay, the first season introduces viewers to the Canadian lake town, along with Percy Fraser (Sadie Soverall) and the Florek brothers, Sam (Matt Cornett) and Charlie (Michael Bradway). While Season 1 follows Percy and Sam’s reconnection, the second book in the series, One Golden Summer, shifts focus towards Charlie’s love story with a new character.
