Toni Brattin launched her career in beauty products on the Home Shopping Network 30 years ago. Her first best-selling product was self-tanner. Around 2018, she moved on to wigs. Her wig line features hairpieces and wigs perfect for quick styling, comfort, and a natural appearance.
She’s been a regular guest on QVC for over a decade. But her latest appearance on the network took an unexpected turn. Toni Brattin shocked the show’s host and viewers with an NSFW slip during a live broadcast.
Former soap star Terri Conn (As the World Turns) joined QVC in 2018. She welcomed Toni Brattin for a segment to sell wigs to viewers at home. But what happened instead shocked everyone. Toni Brattin was promoting a short, blonde wig when she made a huge NSFW gaffe on live television.
Toni Brattin was in the middle of her spiel about the wig, turning around to show viewers at home the back. “I love to show the texture and this wave pattern,” she said. “Again it looks like you went and got a blow job at your…” she continued before recovering. “… A blowout at your salon,” the QVC guest corrected herself. But the words had already been heard by viewers and Terri Conn.
“Oh, my God,” Toni Brattin said to herself before ducking down behind the table. Terri Conn fought to stifle her laughter and save the segment.
The viral moment caught the attention of late-night show host Jimmy Fallon. He recreated the hilarious mistake, turning his back on the studio audience like Toni Brattin turned away from the cameras.
“By the way, the wigs are totally sold out. Note to all the married men out there, the wig is only available on your birthday, apparently,” he quipped.
