Rachel Leviss is suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix for sharing explicit videos of her. These videos were supposedly taken without her knowledge or consent. Rachel became hated by all of the cast members when she was in a relationship with Tom Sandoval on the side. Sandoval was in a relationship with Madix for almost a decade before she found out he was having an affair. Once Scandoval became public, Tom and Rachel have been hated ever since.
Ariana Madix Finds Videos On Phone
When Ariana Madix found out about the affair, it was at one of Tom Sandoval’s concerts. Tom had dropped his phone and Ariana went through it. Once she was on the phone, she saw two explicit videos of Rachel Leviss that were taken while she was on FaceTime with Tom Sandoval. This broke Ariana’s heart and both of them were immediately dead to her. However, it seems as though Rachel did not know these videos were taken and never approved of them. The videos were of her naked and masturbating. Once Ariana saw these videos, she was not shy and supposedly showed a number of the cast members.
Rachel Leviss Suing The Two
Rachel Leviss is taking the videos to court and suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. She claims she did not know the two videos were taken or saved by Tom and did not consent to that. Ariana then showed several of the cast members the videos and felt as though it was “revenge porn”. Ariana confronted Rachel after finding the videos and sent them to her saying she was “dead to her”. Rachel also claims that Scheana Shay attacked her after, and this hinted that Shay had also seen the videos. She also feels as though Bravo created a “hostile” work environment and was unsafe. She felt attacked at the reunion show and did not want to come back. Although, she is not suing Bravo or Scheana Shay, yet.
While Rachel is not suing anyone else yet, it is not certain that she won’t in the future. Especially if Scheana Shay attacking her is a true story, she could be next. Bravo could also be on the list as she felt the work environment was not safe for her. There is a lot of controversy over the Scandoval situation and Rachel suing Ariana and Tom.
