Vicki Gunvalson recently claimed that she had tried to get her daughter, Briana Culberson, on RHOC. It is Season 20, so many of the OG cast will be making very special appearances. However, Briana declined, so Andy Cohen allegedly reached out, and Vicki stated that her daughter told him to “lose her number.” Now, Andy is correcting the narrative as Vicki has seemingly created her own story. Vicki Gunvalson Created An Outlandish Tale
RHOC fans have grown accustomed to Vicki Gunvalson screaming and scamming. She dated Brooks Ayers for several seasons, who claimed to have cancer, but that was all a lie. After Season 14, she exited the hit Bravo series, but continued to make guest appearances. Fans had watched her business evolve, her marriage fall apart, and her kids grow up.
Her daughter, Briana Culberson, was a staple. She started the show in high school, went on to become a nurse, battled many health problems, got married, and became a mom. Moreover, she was never afraid to stand up to her mother when it counted. However, her husband seemed to be a problem, and viewers were a tad uncomfortable with him. She now lives a private life in Oklahoma and likes it like that. Allegedly, Vicki asked Briana to make a cameo, but she declined. She felt her husband was portrayed poorly, and did not need that again.
Vicki then claimed that Andy Cohen contacted Briana personally, but she told him to “lose her number.” According to Andy, that was not what happened in any capacity. He spoke up on his radio show and hoped to express the truth. First off, he stated that he would be confronting Vicki, and then he explained what really happened.
“Briana and I had a side conversation this morning. She’s like, ‘I don’t know where this rumor started.’ And I go, ‘I’m gonna tell you where it started.’ She goes, ‘We had a lovely talk.’ I go, ‘Yeah, that started from your mom.’ She was like, ‘Oh, Vicki.’ So I am going to speak to Vicki about that on the radio. I’m going to read the texts that I got from Briana last night.”
Andy Cohen is having a sit-down with the OG of the OC on Monday, August 10th, so it seems the gloves will come off then.
All Drama Leads To Vicki
After learning that Vicki Gunvalson had fabricated this whole story, RHOC fans were not that surprised. They immediately believed Andy Cohen and bashed Vicki in the process:
- Vicki Gunvalson caught in a lie. Hmm … must be a day that ends in “Y”.
- Way to go, Vicki. P*ss off the person who hired you back after being fired. I hope he fires you again.
- I have always loved Briana. She was the most relatable, level headed, and admirable person on the show.
Some wondered why Vicki would make her daughter look so rude. Others questioned if maybe Briana told her mother that she wanted Andy Cohen to lose her number in confidence. However, she went on to spill the tea without thinking.
