Vicki Gunvalson is convinced that she should get back her full-time orange on the RHOC for Season 18. The OG of the OC was demoted to a “friend of” a few seasons back. Then, she officially was done but returned in Season 17 for a few cameos. It appeared like this was her time to make a comeback but it clearly was not. So, what does Gunvalson have to say? RHOC Vicki Gunvalson Convinced She Should Get FT Orange
Vicki Gunvalson was an original OC housewife, there since the beginning. Viewers watched her insurance company go from her home to a phenomenon. Plus, they saw her daughter, Briana graduate nursing school, get married, and become a mom. At the same time, Vicki got divorced and ended up with scammer, Brooks Ayers. She then found love with Steve Lodge who proposed but then they parted ways right before she headed to RHUGT2 in the Berskshires. Now, Vicki is happily in love again, a grandma of four, and living her best life yet still wants that orange back.
She has not been a full-time cast member for a few seasons though she just received the Wifetime Achievement Award at BravoCon 2023. Her close friend and RHOC co-star, Tamra Judge felt that Vicki should be back full-time for Season 18. More importantly, her contract was still up in the air but then it seemed they wanted to make her a “friend of” again so that was enough for her to say she was done. According to Reality Tea, Vicki expressed her feelings that she most certainly should be full-time.
At BravoCon, she said that she would either be on the show as “full-time or nothing” and forget the “friend of” stuff. Then, she added: “I deserve full-time. I’m not going to be a has-been. I started this whole thing. I’m good TV. I got to teach them how to do it.” Fair but she has been whooping it up and screaming about Puerto Vallarta since the beginning. Maybe fans want a completely new storyline sans the Tres Amigas? Or, maybe they will demand her back?

At some point, Vicki Gunvalson alleged that she would be fine with whatever Bravo decided to do. Apparently, that was not true as she is clearly very unhappy not getting her full-time orange back. As for the fans, upon seeing her prep at BravoCon, they clearly expressed how much they missed her:
