She has moved over to Rhode Island for the time being, which makes sense. There were casting issues for Season 15 of Jersey, and it was unclear when and if the show would make its grand return. One Rhode Island housewife who has caught a lot of attention is Kelsey Swanson. At 31, she is the youngest on the show and has a fascinating backstory, as most of her life is now a mystery.
She was Miss Rhode Island in 2017, and for the past decade, she has had a boyfriend, who spoils her rotten. Kelsey lives in his lavish 16,000 square foot mansion that boasts four kitchens and 79 televisions. The former beauty queen is a self-proclaimed “lady of leisure,” but there are a few caveats. She is alone most of the year in the Rhode Island home while her mystery man is in Miami, Florida, and is off dating other women. The only thing that is known about him is that he is from “one of the most prominent families” in RI. After much research, it seems that the case has been cracked.
Judge Frank Caprio passed away in 2025, but he had a reality television presence as well as five children. This included four sons, and it appears one of them is the mystery boyfriend of RHORI star Kelsey Swanson.

Both brothers spend time or have homes in Miami, Florida, but Kelsey has stated that her man is around 23 years her senior. Therefore, John would be the likeliest suspect. After it came out that it was likely John, fans had to laugh. They could not believe Kelsey even thought that she could hide him for long was insanity.
