Every episode of Rick and Morty Season 6 is now available for streaming on Hulu.

Season 6 of the Adult Swim hit Rick and Morty is a milestone for the sci-fi comedy cartoon. It’s a milestone both in terms of the narrative developments and also the changes behind the scenes that will forever alter the trajectory of the show moving forward. So it’s a pretty special season, and any fans who haven’t seen it yet will be wanting to catch up soon. Thankfully, it just got easier to do so as the streaming service Hulu just got every new episode.

Season 6

Season 6 has been available on HBO Max for a while now. But now every season of Rick and Morty is also available on Hulu for anybody who isn’t an HBO Max subscriber. Or, just simply Max, as will soon be the title.

Season 6 harbors a deep shift in narrative for R&M as the show steers towards the Rick Prime storyline. Generally, the show has tried to stay away from storylines that stick around too long. The writers seem to prefer the episodic nature of many of the show’s wild, crass, and often gory adventures. Season 6 takes a much more serious turn, however. It sets up Season 7 to potentially follow a single storyline throughout the majority of the season. It’s definitely an important season to follow for anyone who enjoyed the more dramatic storylines from Seasons 2 and 3 of the show.

The Future Of Rick And Morty

Season 7 seems set up for big changes in the Rick and Morty universe. But, outside of the show, other big changes are happening and their effects on R&M remain unclear. Justin Roiland, voice of both titular characters and co-creator, was ousted from the show over domestic battery charges. Those charges did not wind up sticking, however, and many fans are wondering if Roiland will be returning to the show. It seems potentially unlikely at this point, given that many of Justin’s coworkers weren’t too keen on the man. How does a show move on without the original voice for both main characters?

Maybe the Rick and Morty universe is evolving beyond the original show, though. Rick and Morty: The Anime is set to premiere later this year. The multiverse of the show allows for an infinite number of stories to be told through the same, but simultaneously different characters. So maybe the original show will die out in favor of different iterations of Rick and Morty.
