Furthermore, he made shocking claims about his co-stars during a drunken rant at Bravocon. But now, he’s a changed man. Shep Rose Confronted By Bravo Execs After Bravocon Blowup
Shep Rose was among the Bravolebrities who took over Las Vegas for a fan convention in 2023. He’s the only one – that we know of – who was reprimanded for his behavior. Video circulated online of the Southern Charm star going off on a drunken rant about his co-stars.
He was apparently upset by Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo’s relationship. They dated for three years before officially splitting in 2024. Shep Rose called the relationship a “sham” and claimed they made millions off their reality TV romance. He was forced to apologize after the clip went viral, according to Us Weekly.
But that was only the tip of the iceberg. The Southern Charm star reflected on the eventful convention in his new book, Nothing in Moderation. Shep Rose recounted an awkward run-in with a Bravo executive. “I totally blew him off. Then realized who he was and clumsily tried to rectify the situation. Big cringe,” he wrote.
According to Shep Rose, his behavior during the three-day fan convention earned him a call from Andy Cohen. The Bravo host reportedly reprimanded Shep Rose. The whole incident led to a realization.
“As I sat there in that dressing room, I realized something had to change. The wild ride that had been my life for 20-plus years was finally catching up to me. What was once amusing was not embarrassing, and I didn’t feel like I was in control,” he wrote. But his next move was a shock.
Hallucinogenic Drugs Changed Bad Behavior
Most Bravo stars would enter “rehab” after getting called out for their bad behavior. But not Shep Rose. He had another remedy in mind. One that involved hallucinogenic drugs.
