Get ready to connect the dots, or lines, once again! The Perfect Line is back for another season, and the game show just announced its Season 2 premiere date.
According to a press release, The Perfect Line is syndication’s number one new show of the season. Season 1 averaged 1.24 million total viewers. It also ranks as syndication’s number four game show.
The show has contestants putting a new spin on trivia using their everyday knowledge. They have to put things in the correct order, from the number of seasons the most popular sitcoms have been on the air, to the most ordered items at America’s favorite fast food restaurants. Contestants can win up to $15,000.
Season 2 will feature special episodes with the editors of People Magazine playing as well as host Deborah Norville‘s family. In addition to fun new graphics, there’s a new addition to the bonus game, and contestants can choose their own fate, giving them a better chance to win money.

Who will host Season 2 of The Perfect Line?
Deborah Norville will be back as host. She left Inside Edition after 30 years to take on this role. Norville told us that this was the most intense job that she has had since she films six, sometimes seven, episodes a day, five days a week, but she was really excited to try something new.

Each episode features four players competing through two rounds and four total lines. The two top earners advance to the Fast Line, where they race the clock to rack up more money in solo play. The winner then takes on The Finish Line, a high-pressure finale that tasks them with matching five items to five values to complete the ultimate Perfect Line and take home their full bank.
