‘The Price Is Right’ Model Manuela Arbeláez Shares What She Eats in a Day

What exactly does a The Price Is Right model eat in a day to keep their fit physique? Manuela Arbeláez shared her daily food intake on Instagram.

“Real talk. This is what a day of eating looks like when you’re serious about staying strong AND feeling good in your body,” she captioned the post on July 2.

“Protein isn’t optional. It’s the non-negotiable that keeps your muscle, kills your cravings, and keeps you from crashing by 3 pm. I track my macros because I don’t guess with my goals. Prep today = power tomorrow. Save this. Screenshot it. Steal it. You’re welcome.”

“What I eat in a day to stay fuerte,” she wrote on the first slide. “Fuerte” means “strong” in Spanish. The photo showed her mixing something in a bowl in her kitchen as she wore workout clothes.

Arbeláez starts off her day with two boiled eggs with primal protein toast, with cream cheese spread on top, along with chili paste spread and hot honey for breakfast. The model wrote that that is 361 calories and 30 grams of protein.

Then for lunch, Arbeláez eats two turkey patties with feta cheese, spinach, and balsamic salad. She adds a cut-up sweet potato to the meal. All together, this is 584 calories and 52 grams of protein.

The Price Is Right model allows herself a mid-day snack, which consists of 22 grams of non-fat Greek yogurt, mixed with almonds, blueberries, strawberries, a banana, honey, and cinnamon.

This snack is only 202 calories and gives her another 24 grams of protein. Finally, for dinner, Arbeláez eats 5 ounces of lean ground beef, which is 93 percent lean and seven percent fat.

She puts the ground beef on two cauliflower thins and tops it with bitchin sauce. Then, Arbeláez adds a salad with lettuce, avocados, and cucumbers topped with honey mustard dressing.

That meal gives her 42 more grams of protein and 483 calories. This makes her total grams of protein 148 for the day. Her calorie intake is 1,630 for the day.

According to Healthline, females 31 to 60 years old should eat 1,600 to 2,200 calories per day. Since Arbeláez is 37, she falls into that category, and her meals are perfectly planned.

Mayo Clinic suggests that protein should account for 10 to 35 percent of a person’s calories. 10 percent of Arbeláez’s calories would be around 163, but since she lives an active lifestyle, a little bit less won’t hurt her.

Make sure to follow the model on Instagram to see her daily workout and more fitness motivation. Arbeláez will most likely return to the game show for Season 55.
