Today‘s Jenna Bush Hager has lived in a number of places over the years. As the daughter of a president, she even once lived at the White House. Recently, on her show, Jenna shared an emotional reaction to paying a visit to one of her former abodes.
Jenna Bush Hager Shared A Recent Family Story During Today
Jenna is the daughter of the 43rd U.S. president, George W. Bush. She has made a name for herself over the years as a journalist, notably her work with Today. She serves as the host of the show’s fourth hour, which is currently Today with Jenna & Sheinelle.
In her personal life, Jenna married Henry Hager in 2008. The two share three children together.

Throughout her time on the show, Jenna has made many personal admissions to viewers. Recently, during the June 18 episode of the program, she spoke with her co-host, Sheinelle Jones, about recently driving with her family, when they decided to do “the weirdest thing.”
As Jenna shared, one of her daughters, Mila, asked if they could drive past the family’s former home. Jenna shared, “Mila goes, ‘Let’s drive past our old house.’ And I said, ‘OK, let’s do it.’”
When the family got to the house, they received a warm welcome. As Jenna shared, “Right when we got there, somebody in the window waved. So, then you have to choose one of two options. You’ve got to pull over, or you’re a creepy person.”
Having Lived In Many Homes Throughout Her Life, Jenna Shared That Another Move Might Be In Her Future
While visiting the house was the kids’ idea, their mother shared that they were still embarrassed to go through with this. She recounted, “Mila and Poppy were hiding. They were like, ‘What are you doing? Creeper. Don’t stop.’” The family even invited them inside.
Jenna recalled, “We walked through our old house that we lived in for a long time… “We looked at it, and I was like, ‘Girls, do you remember this? Do you remember?’” The Today host shared that this was the home where she brought two of her children, Poppy and Hal, home from the hospital.

Jenna has lived in multiple places throughout her life. In fact, she might not be against another move. Last year, she previously mused that if she steps away from television, she could have another move in mind. As noted by People, she shared, “When I’m ready to go to my next chapter, I think it would be so nice to move back to Texas and let my kids — I went to a big public high school — have a different life.”
