On the Today Show this week, Hoda Kotb broke Savannah’s exciting news. Hoda said, “To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, Allrecipes magazine asked Savannah to be their first-ever cover star! She talks about her journey as an amateur chef. She shares Vale and Charley’s favorite breakfast recipes.”
On the show, Hoda and the crew were thrilled for Savannah and shared their congratulations on this huge achievement. In response, Savannah said, “No one’s more shocked than me.”

On Instagram, Savannah shared this news with her followers as well. Not only does she get to be on the cover of Allrecipes, but she is also making history as the magazine’s first-ever cover star.
While sharing a handful of photos from the photoshoot, the Today co-anchor said, “Thank you thank you thank you @allrecipes for the honor of being on your cover!!”
In response to her Instagram post, Savannah Guthrie is feeling the love from her wonderful followers. Many agree that this is something that she’s certainly earned. Someone sweetly said, “I sooo love this💕! It took me some time to learn to and love to cook as well so I can certainly relate!”
