The TLC personality recently uploaded a video of herself enjoying her weekend and showing off her slimmer frame. Fans were excited to see how much progress she’s made since 1000-Lb Best Friends Season 2 ended.

When Vannessa Cross first appeared on Too Large, she wasn’t very interested in health or fitness. Now, she’s completely changed her tune.
After landing a starring role on 1000-Lb Best Friends, Vannessa is more determined than ever before to live a healthier lifestyle. And fans agree that her efforts have really started to pay off. She received bariatric surgery at the end of Season 1. By Season 2, she looked like an entirely new person.
Now, she’s turning some heads with her black, silky robe.
“Sliding into the weekend like…💃” Vannessa captioned her recent Instagram reel. In the video, she scrolls through her phone and bobs her head to the music. Then she smiles and begins to dance and groove to the beat. Her dance moves match her silly, fun-loving nature.
But on top of that, fans immediately noticed how trim Vannessa Cross’ waist looked in her silky black robe. It’s not immediately clear why she chose a silk robe for the Instagram reel, but the TLC star looked absolutely stunning.
Vannessa’s friend and costar Meghan Crumpler simply wrote, “❤️🔥❤️” in response. But fans went absolutely nuts for the video. They couldn’t believe how much she changed in just a short amount of time.

Many 1000-Lb Best Friends viewers relate to Vannessa Cross. She’s had her share of heartbreak and personal challenges. But she still managed to overcome it all and work toward her weight loss goals. Fans couldn’t be happier for her.

Other fans wondered if Vannessa had received skin removal surgery. As of the Season 2 finale, this hadn’t happened yet. However, she made it clear that it was one of her goals and she wasn’t about to give up anytime soon.
If she lost enough weight, it’s entirely possible that the TLC star had the extra skin removed. If the series comes back for Season 3, fans will get a chance to learn more.
