The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vick Gunvalson was brought back for Season 20. This has been deemed an epic mistake for Bravo, with viewers demanding that she be fired. Now, the RHOC OG is sharing how she was given the “wrong” knee and underwent emergency pre-reunion surgery. Keep reading for what she has had to say and how fans are slamming her antics.
Vicki Gunvalson Has Had So Many Health Problems
It seems like every season Vicki Gunvalson appeared on RHOC, she has had some sort of health crisis. Or she is being rushed to the hospital on what should be an exciting cast trip. This is even the case during the RHUGT, and it is exhausting. She exited The Real Housewives of Orange County after Season 14, but continued to make appearances. Then, Vicki was asked back as a full-timer for the epic Season 20, but she is considered a “Debbie Downer.” All she has done is complain, work, and talk about sickness.
Her knee has caused her an immense amount of trouble, so she finally had it replaced. However, it proved to cause her more problems, so her doctor had to remove it right before the Season 20 reunion:
“I had a knee replacement on September 11, so like two and a half weeks ago. … I just wasn’t feeling good. [I was in] major pain. [After an] X-ray, [my doctor] called and said, ‘Get back up here. We got to take that knee out and put a different one in.’”
The insurance mogul noted that her doctor did everything right; it was more that she rejected the knee. Or she may have had a severe infection; at this point, Vicki Gunvalson is unclear what went wrong. She added:
“Major surgery again. It was emergency.”
It happened two days before the reunion was filmed, but she praised Bravo for being so accommodating.
Fans Are Over It
Of course, it is horrible that Vicki Gunvalson had to go through all of this. No one should have to feel such pain. However, RHOC fans and followers are over her and her dramatic illnesses. They have seen her be so cruel to everyone and always blame her “illnesses” for everything:
- Vicki really needs to get off this show. She’s miserable and causes trouble for anyone she deems not worthy.
- I have no sympathy for a Lying Cancer Scammer. Vicki is a miserable woman, bum knee or not.
She isn’t capable to pretend friendship toward anyone unless they kiss her a##, excuse and defend her vile behavior or fill her “love tank”. - I don’t think Vicki did much this season but complain and told the cast to be quiet while she was working. Take Emily or Gina with her.
