Wendy Williams’ son kicked out of his $2M apartment

According to the court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Wendy Williams’ 22-year-old son was evicted from his $2 million luxury apartment. He also faced a lawsuit for not paying back rent. Her son Kevin Hunter Jr. can no longer afford his Florida home. This is all because his mom was cut off from her income and can’t make payments on the home.

He explained that his mother rented the apartment to him. Kevin is a full-time student but took time off to look after Wendy Williams amid her health issues. At the time, Wendy spent over $100,000 on the apartment for her son for the first year of the lease. The suit includes a copy of Kevin Jr’s lease, which reveals that she paid for a full year in advance.

Earlier this year, she was dealing with financial issues. Wendy’s Wells Fargo accounts were frozen. This lines up with the timeline as to when the overdue rent started. Kevin explained to the property manager about Wendy’s financial situation. He revealed that “my mom went through some health issues that put the court in control of her finances” and that “all of the financial support that she always gave stopped.”

Kevin Hunter cut off from financial support

Interestingly enough, Wendy Williams’ son isn’t the only one dealing with financial issues. Her ex-husband Kevin Hunter has been cut off from financial support. He shared that his lifestyle has been impacted ever since his ex-wife was placed under financial guardianship.

In a previous report via The U.S. Sun, Kevin Hunter Sr said he could face foreclosure on his property. He hasn’t received alimony payments due to Wendy’s financial situation. The payments stopped in February 2022, around the same time when Wells Fargo froze access to her bank accounts. Wendy Williams was then placed under financial guardianship.

Kevin shared that his livelihood depended on those payments. Now, he’s not sure how he’s going to pay for his home. Kevin is also dealing with financial problems as a result. As fans already know, Kevin helped Wendy Williams become who she is today and even produced her former daytime talk show until their divorce in 2018.

“I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I’m behind on that bill,” Kevin Sr. told The U.S. Sun. “If the homeowners association fees are not paid foreclosures will soon follow.”

Kevin shares the home with his mistress and their child. He’s demanding payments from his ex-wife. What are your thoughts on Wendy Williams’ son being evicted after losing his mother’s money? What are your thoughts on her ex dealing with financial issues? Sound off below in the comment section.
