When Calls The Heart Finale Is #Jubilation
On Thursday, four cast members of When Calls The Heart was part of a Facebook Live event. ET’s Deidre Behar interviewed the four, which included Pascale Hutton (Rosemary), Kavan Smith (Leland), Chris McNally (Lucas), and Elizabeth (Erin Krakow).
Everyone wants to know what happens in the final episode. However, Erin Krakow had a simple word to describe the episode. She said it is “#Jubilation.”
So Hearties, expect to feel very, very happy. This is a far cry from the rather nondescript synopsis that Hallmark provided for this episode’s press release.
Tensions continue to run high in Hope Valley.Elizabeth worries about her relationship with Lucas, while Bill (Jack Wagner) helps Gowen (Martin Cummins) through the fallout of the mine explosion. Rosemary (Hutton) and Lee (Smith) receive some news.

The When Calls The Heart Scene Hearties Will Never Forget
That final scene about the Coulters getting some “news” promises to be memorable. When it came to Rosemary and Kavan’s important scene in the episode, Kavan revealed that they had one word to describe it. That was “jubilation.”
When we shot whatever scene may help reveal the reveal, it was so much fun and still kind of cathartic that when Pascal and I were doing it. And, I’ve mentioned this before, that when you know when the crew is reacting well and laughing and having fun in between takes and stuff like that, you know that you’ve got something kind of special.
And I know that when Pascal and I went back to the van, and she was saying to me, ‘you know over the course of the season we’ve had a couple of scenes you know one or two along the way that were really like moments for us.’ And, I was like ‘yea.’ And she said, ‘THAT was one.’
So, hearties, be ready with a tissue or two. This “event” promises jubilation, but perhaps also some tears.
Very ‘Satisfying’ Finale
At the very beginning of the interview, Pascale Hutton offered a reaction to the finale episode of When Calls The Heart Season 9.
She said, “It’s a big, fat, juicy, satisfying finale on a lot of fronts. And so, I’m very excited for people to get that because I just think the fans will feel really satisfied.”
Moreover, she and the rest of the cast interviewed promised that “all” questions will be answered.
