Filming for Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is underway, which means rumors about who’s returning and who’s joining the cast are flying. This week, speculation was rampant that Tracy Tutor was one of the newbies coming to the show.
And while Morgan Stewart shut down similar reports that she was joining the group, Tutor confirmed the news that she’ll be getting a diamond on the Bravo show next season.
“Well…the secret’s officially out,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter. Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life. Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely. So what’s left to say but, Let’s f**king go.”

What does Tracy Tutor do for a living?
Tutor is a luxury real estate agent who has starred on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, so she has experience on Bravo and in reality television. She joined the show as a main cast member during Season 10 in 2017 and starred until production was paused in 2024.
Since 2025, Tutor has run her own team of realtors at Compass, selling properties in both Los Angeles and Texas. Prior to that she was a top agent at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Beverly Hills for 11 years.
Tutor is also an author. She released her book Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word in 2020 and it became a Wall Street Journal best-seller. Prior to her career in real estate, she dabbled in acting, making her film debut in the 1997 movie Exposé. She also starred in 1999’s No Vacancy.
Is Tracy Tutor in a relationship?
We’re about to learn a lot more about Tutor’s current love life on RHOBH, but last she publicly shared was that she “met someone” new in November 2024. While she decided not to name names at the time, she did tell Jeff Lewis, “I am happy and things are good. It’s going lovely.”
She gave some details about the new man, noting that he works for his family business, which is “a little bit” of real estate. At the time, the two had been together for about “a month” after meeting on Raya. It’s unclear whether Tutor is still in a relationship with this mystery man.
Prior to this romance, she dated personal trainer Erik Anderson, who is about 20 years younger than her. They ultimately broke up because he wanted to have kids and she didn’t want more children. She told Bravo’s Daily Dish in 2024 that she and Anderson were on amicable terms, adding, “We’re good. We’re approaching one year of transitioning our relationship into more of a friendship.”

Before Anderson, Tutor was married to Jason Maltas. They split in 2018 after 17 years together and 13 years of marriage. The divorce was finalized in 2019.
Does Tracy Tutor have kids?
Yes, Tutor shares two daughters with Maltas. Juliet Maltas, who is currently a student at USC, was born in January 2006, followed by Scarlett Maltas in August 2008.
After her divorce from Maltas, Tutor admitted on Million Dollar Listing, “It’s been a difficult time, but the hardest part is that I don’t see my girls every day because we share custody.”
What happened between Tracy Tutor and Dorit Kemsley?
Tutor already has various connections to the RHOBH cast, including a previous public feud with Dorit Kemsley. Tutor publicly alleged that Kemsley doesn’t pay her glam team’s bills, prompting Kemsley to clap back.
On Watch What Happens Live in March 2025, Kemsley said, “Tracy going on Jeff Lewis [Live], who is the poster for inviting anyone that has s**t to say about me … her going on there and talking about something that she knows nothing about, it seems more like attention-seeking than anything.”
She also shared her side of the story, adding, “There was a lot of s**t that she said that, I don’t know, it came out of left field. In particular, her talking about a hairstylist that I worked with this year for the first time in eight years. He sent an invoice overcharging me and charging me for a hotel that he had already used my card to pay for. I think he was just trying to bully this invoice through, not realizing it goes through a process and my office flagged it. When they had written back that it had already been paid, it was like, oh, s**t, I didn’t get away with that.”
In response to Tutor’s claims that Kemsley stalks her on Instagram, Kemsley replied, “That’s the funniest thing I ever heard. Wholeheartedly.”
